These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products, applications, websites, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by E-Global Trade & Finance Group, Inc. (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced in them (including our Privacy Policy and any risk disclosures). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account and complete identity verification, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) checks. We may use third-party service providers to help verify identity and assess risk.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. If any information is false, misleading, or outdated, we may suspend or terminate your account and/or restrict transactions.

• Account security: You are responsible for safeguarding passwords, devices, and authentication methods. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account rule: Unless expressly permitted, you may not create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or controls.
• Monitoring: We may monitor activity for fraud prevention, security, compliance, and service integrity.

The Services may include account access, deposits/withdrawals, transfers, trading or execution tools, portfolio or performance views, pricing/quotes, and other financial features as made available from time to time. Features may vary by jurisdiction and user profile.

Execution and availability: Quotes, prices, and availability may change rapidly and may be delayed. We do not guarantee that any order will be executed at a particular price or time, or at all. Partial fills, rejections, and cancellations may occur due to market conditions, system availability, compliance checks, or risk controls.

Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees, spreads, commissions, funding/financing charges, network fees, service fees, and any other charges disclosed within the Services or in your account statements. We may update fee schedules by posting changes.

Taxes: You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, or levies arising from your use of the Services. We may withhold or report amounts if required by law.

Financial products and services involve risk. Depending on the products offered, you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

• No investment advice: Nothing on the Services constitutes investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Any information is provided for general informational purposes only.
• Self-directed decisions: You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any transaction and for all decisions made through your account.
• Market & operational risks: You acknowledge risks including volatility, slippage, liquidity constraints, outages, delays, third-party failures, and cybersecurity threats.

If we provide educational materials, market commentary, or tools (including alerts), they do not change the “no advice” nature of the Services.

You agree not to misuse the Services or help others do so. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, identity theft, account takeovers, misuse of promotions, abusive trading, exploiting bugs, or any activity that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

We may take protective actions at any time, including placing holds, delaying or rejecting transactions, suspending features, freezing accounts, requesting additional verification, or terminating your access, when reasonably necessary for compliance, security, risk management, dispute resolution, or suspected violations.

Account closure does not eliminate obligations that accrued before closure (including fees, chargebacks, disputes, or compliance requests).

Intellectual property: The Services, software, content, branding, and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

Disclaimers: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, accuracy of quotes, or the absence of errors.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or trading losses, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Services.
